These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STEIV platform, including the dashboard, APIs, AI assistants, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by C34 Technologies, Inc. ("C34," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@steiv.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Feature availability depends on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
Paid features require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service ("Your Data"), including knowledge base content, business information, and customer interaction data. You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any data you upload, including customer information. You must comply with applicable privacy laws regarding your customers' data.
The Service uses AI models to generate responses to customer inquiries and to create marketing content. You acknowledge that:
When you connect third-party social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, LinkedIn, TikTok, or others), you authorize us to publish content on your behalf that you have reviewed and approved. You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines. You may disconnect any integration at any time through the dashboard.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by C34 Technologies, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and services (e.g., Twilio, Azure, Stripe, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, C34 TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C34 Technologies, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it will be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and C34 Technologies regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
